One of the greatest joys and challenges of my team’s work for Intronis is when we uncover means to simplify the lives of our partners. In our Fall Release, we added a handful of features that not only save techs’ time, but also allows them to proactively resolve problems before customers even know there is one.
The key upgrade in the Fall Release involved adding a backup status dashboard to the Partner Portal home page. That means the second our partners login, they can see at a glance the status of their customers’ backups. Every one of them. And with a bright red icon signaling trouble, they can tell immediately see a problem and take the necessary corrective actions to resolve it (example pictured below).
