Chef_AdamI don’t know about you, but I do some of my best thinking in the kitchen. I was throwing together a pizza the other day, and it got me thinking about how important it is for an MSP sales team to have a good foundation that they can build on.

Seriously. It’s just how my mind works, I guess. After all, pizza is brain food, right? Let me explain.

Pizza isn’t pizza without a good crust. Whether you like a crispy thin crust pie or if deep dish is more your style, you have to agree that pizza needs a crust. If you tried to make a pizza without one, you’d just end up with a pile of sauce and cheese. Talk about a mess.

Developing an MSP sales team that gets results isn’t that different. You need to start with a solid sales process to give your team a good base to build on.
