The redesign of the Intronis ECHOplatform’s dashboard in our initiative to enhance our partner’s experience isn’t the only thing changing here at Intronis. We’re also renovating our work space!
That’s right. The Intronis headquarters in Chelmsford, MA are officially under construction. We’re excited to announce that we’re expanding into additional office space to accommodate our growth as an organization. The new and improved space will allow us to continue to grow and collaborate more fluidly.
While some people were concerned about what would happen to the prized ping pong table (Don’t worry, it’s staying!), we’re all looking forward to the enhancements coming with our new space. The blueprint calls for structural and design changes like knocking down walls and building office, but perhaps most impressive addition is a sleek, modern lobby and meeting space where we look forward to visting with our partners and hosting events there when it’s done.
Fostering innovation at Intronis
The renovation and expansion will also be create new collaboration areas where our partner success, sales, marketing, product management, engineering, HR, finance, and IT teams can come together to make Intronis the best it possibly can be. These collaboration spaces will allow us to hold quick meetings like our daily SCRUMs, host partner visits, and socialize as a company.
The kitchen is even getting a facelift, so we’ll have more room for Bagel Wednesdays and Dunkin’ Fridays (Thanks, Rick!). Plus, two of our executives will now have offices with windows, overlooking the pond where we had impromptu hockey games this winter. And as we continue to hire new employees, we will be able to maintain our open office environment that fosters innovation and communication.
